I'm going to go out on a limb here and give a semi-intelligent response...

Exactly what is the purpose of this survey? It presents me with an opportunity to have a voice - but to whom? Once all the data from the survey is collected, is it going to influence the future of a particular festival? Is it even going to be presented to any major industry bodies?
