well if you don't want to go the suppliment route it is a bit hard but i would suggest as much as you can cutting out any complex carbs and starches (pasta, potatoes, breads etc). Eat small ammounts regularly, like 5 meals a day but the normal food you would eat at 3 just divided up and that way you will keep your body with lots of fuel. Also limit carb intake as much as possible. When i do a full training schedule for whatever i go down to 50carbs a day which is impossible pretty much without suppliments. Just limit the carbs up the protein and drink lots of water. Good luck

High protein & low carb diet is the normal routine, but everyone is different. It depends on your chemical and physical make up. Are you naturally skinny? If yes, I would eat like a bastard, because chances are you're gonna gain muscle before fat, if you do alot of weight training, along with some cardio. Either way, you should avoid junk, like fast food and desert foods high in sugar. The main thing is to work out regularly and keep positive, and the results will come.
