Program to convert multiple FLAC files to mp3?

Does anyone know of one where I can just drop off like say an album and it will automatically convert all the tracks? Rather than having to do them one by one.

No Itunes.

Thanks

Winlame does it, as I recall it.

You can do quality checks with Adobe Audio.

Chimney should be the authority on this

I've used dbPoweramp as well.
What do you mean by the encoding sucks?

Because if you want to do this right you need to first decode FLAC->Wav using FLAC Fronted then encode the 320 mp3 from the original .wav file...kind of forgot to mention this.

Because I did some rigorous testing with a friend back in 2008, using various types of software for encoding. Old LAME encoders had different schemes (this guy knew a lot about sound and encoders) of how the frequencies were supposed to cut on Adobe Audio. The one-button solution which dbPoweramp used showed - for us at least - absolutely no difference, spectral-wise, between CBR 192 and CBR 320.
