A friend of mine got a track which I promised to help identify. It sounds kinda catchy, maybe even a little more club than house. The ID3 tag contained "clubmix 2004", but I'm quite sure the track is older than that. Have heard it many times before. Checked CDDB for clues, but the tracks listed don't match.

i think it's a DJ Tatana track... You can actually listen to the track sample in tatana's web page: www.tatana.ch (number 3 sample). the first 2 samples are tatana's track: Moments, number 3, i don't know and it's what you're looking for. look at her charts, i think it's possibly her own track. It's not: DJ Tatana vs The Mystery - Soul Cry. Must be: DJ Tatana - always on my mind

I think you might have set me on the right track Well, it's not DJ Tatana - always on my mind, since I got the ronski speed dub of it and it sounds quite different. But It might be another track of hers. Gotta take a look, will make a post when I'm sure.

I suggest you try the original after all, you'd be amazed at how different remixes can sound (Shane 54 remix of MMDC comes to mind).
