It's not Dr. Q-Bass. There is no "some sawing-samples", this track is only hard sawing.

the only track that i can think of is:

Azzido de Bass - Dooms Night (Timo Maas Remix)

i played this at work last year and one of the guys was wondering what the hell it was. he said it sounded like someone sawing.

Hmm, it's not Waldmeister - Kahlschlag too. In this unknown track some "robot sound" tells someting that I don't understand. And then...hard sawing! It's from Dj Panic Live@ID&T Radio-Q-Dance, this track is last about one.
