Well, as far as I know, it is "Thai-Chilli'" by Dave Robertson, the track you listened to on the site, is probably not the correct one, check this out:
At least it sounds really similar to Steve's one, maybe he did some rework on it?! It definitely has the same vocals, so I suppose, he changed the beat a bit..
