Roger Sanchez track - Triple J Mixup, January '07

hey ppl,

PLease help me ID this one, been wanting to ID this track for quite a while. This f*cking ripper of a tune is the second track from his Triple J mixup from early January which i believe is a remix of a classic house track from the mid 90's which i can't find it anywhere!

Its got a sax riff and a male vocal which i can't quite make out what exactly he's saying... i'll leave you all with a sample:
