I'm thinking he means a Brady Bunch "techno remix."
And I'm guessing it's actually probably happy hardcore or something rather than techno. These things usually seem to be.

ive looked on youtube, in fact ive looked everywhere...its something like the speed racer and the sesamie's treat song. me personally i consider it techno....
