If its the track after the Tenaglia rmx of Blondie...its Boyd Westerman 'Belgium Sunday' its on a small US label...although I cant remember it off hand.

I read the same thing in a forum on tracklistings.org, however someone posted a reply quoted here:
"Okay. I've been trying to hunt down track 4 for a very, very long time. I am in love with this track. After finding this site on the internet and scouring countless records stores (online and in the stores) listening to every white label trance record I could find, someone posted that it was "Belgium Sunday" by Boyd Westerman, and I blindly bought the record over the internet. Well, that record turned out to be Track 7 (where the Toca Me club mix is in the track listing)."
