IF YOU THINK YOU KNOW TRANCE.....
Alright, so i admit, i found this song back when i was a newbie and used to type generic stuff in the search bar like "techno" and "tribal rave" and stuff. that was years ago though.... My ipod got erased, and now i can't find the song. My collection would not be complete without this song.....
How good are you?! If you're really good you can ID this song... I would really appreciate the one who does.... Post your answers and I will look up the song you post to see if its it. Alright....
The intro is like these tribal sounding drums beating slowly, and there are some low bells dinging every fourth note. then some hand claps come in. after that the same beat keeps going except this time with some light acid sounds in the backround and of course bass. after about 30 seconds, the song builds up they lose the bells and then the "acid" pattern changes a little, then right before the melody you get four symbol crashes.
Now, the melody.... oh man... in my opinion the greatest of all...
The instrument used is strings in long notes. It starts out with a long high note(2 sec) then steps up with two higher notes higher (2 sec) then drops with two lower notes(2 seconds) then kind of balances out (2 sec). then it keeps going with a different tune for 8sec then it loops around again. after 3 loops that instrument does a different tune with 7 short notes (loops that 3 times in 6 sec.) and then we get four more cymbal crashes and the melody repeats itself again, this time without the bass.To try to describe it in words.... it's like {.duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun dunDIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN dun duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun don duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun dada duuuuuuuuuuun duuuduuuudooooduu DUN dun dun DUN dun dun *crash*(Oh and i forgot to say that the strings have a light like goa/acid sounding melody under it.)
Then we get the beats again, but this time they sound different.
Then the melody kicks in again, except this time with no bass, but instead the tribal drums from the beginning played behind it. And instead of the melody looping again after the 4 crashes i think the song ends after that (on a symbal crash, of course). In terms of lenth i cant remember exactly how long it was, but i know it was in the 4-6 min range. If you guys can ID this song for me, that would be.... amazing.... i know this is probably not the best description, and uh.... its in novel format... but uh...its my only hope.... the song has no vocals.
