This song made by Apple (mp3 inside).. what's it based on??

On Apple site there's a short mp3 demo song for Mainstage, which reminds me of a song.

Anybody can tell if this is based on an existing song? Any songs similar to this, cause i feel i've heard these chords before. Thanx.

I'm thinking something dr. Luke for Katy Perry could've made.
