meh, neighbourhood isn't so much you should worry about.. I am sure there are lots of cabby's that can get you outta here quickly..hahah

but on NYE everything will be a little more expensive than usual anyhow so I don't think there is much you can do to get around that!

last year we stayed right down town and walked everywhere. i guess if we stay a bit out for cheaper well have to pay for cabs and then ill just even out.
