Jamie Macpherson, a visionary artist, tattoo artist, and illustrator that has been drawing and painting all his life and tattooing since 1999. Currently tattooing in Vancouver, BC Canada at one of the best new tattoo shops, Unity Tattoo.

The tattoo world has allowed him to make art as a living and taught him so much about culture and art history. It has also allowed him to travel around the world and work with lots of like minded artists, mentors and meet some of the world’s best tattooers in their tattoo studios.

He's been working on a series of Therianthropes and sacred math based artworks in multiple mediums, from digital, oil on canvas, even silk screens on t-shirts. From years of studying art history through tattooing and reference research of visionary art, surreal art, psychedlic art, sacred geometry, symbols and mystical art, he is unifying cultural themes, masks, beings even symbols to show that we are all telling the same complex story. He has been especially interested in our ancestors and their ancient wisdom traditions, building complex structures that cannot be explained with modern methods, and the idea that maybe we were more technologically advanced than the history books have led us to believe.

Raised around all sorts of music and musical background, full of energy non- stop, He is a full on psychedelic track himself making the ever-ready bunny look like a burnt out battery.

Starting off by being shown how to cue up a song right at the kick and from there lucky picked up skills of what we call" spinning" very quickly. Starting out at an after-hours here and there, skills have been developed tremendously since mid 2005.

Lucky's first official début was held at Organix productions for the Halloween event "goaween" on October 27th 2006 he’s made numerous appearances since then at the club ngiht and at party's in Vancouver like the new years party's such as goaway.

With a unique style of spinning lighter psy and then bringing into the mix of some darker psy it's a style that works and stuck in his head, his hands become one with the decks and mixer. play awesome tracks you won't be disappointed with what you see or hear while lucky's up on the decks.

Taking and grabbing life by the equalizer and whatever idea and expanding capabilities and trying new things and pushing them to the limit and making it work, Lucky you'll find is an amazing up beat person with awesome personality.
