Stringer was pure genius then their remix of iio - rapture was great but then that new tune which used stringer then the vocal mix of stringer (which was horrible! and the ppl should have been shot!)....i've lost respect for riva now.

I went with "He'd better watch out" cause I first heard their Precious Heart remix and bluh, not liking... Then Stringer which was wow (IMO even the vocal mix) then the on the move remix which was pretty cool and the Rapture remix, took some time to grow on me and then Sky is the Limit which now I find very crappy, and the Tremble remix and well... I can't see why but I don't like his style all that much cause in nearly all of his remixes / tracks he puts just a string that only acompany vocals, I don't like that, and when there are no vocals, sounds kinda weak IMO.
i dunno...ever since i heard stringer i was hooked....his style contains just a hint of house to it, which has made all the difference. especially 'sky is the limit'...thats got a good house-ish melody to it...
some of his remixes aren;t that great, i agree....but his original tracks are golden....he's gotta make more!

Making 'Stringer' and then getting Dannii Minogue to turn it into 'Who do You Love Now' was the musical equivalent of Van Gogh finishing Starry Starry Night, then handing it straight to Rolf Harris to wipe his arse with.

Riva made some brilliant and unique stuff ... lately he's overusing what made him cool ... hope this trend changes 'cause he got skill, no doubt.

why does it matter if it is commercial or comm. "cheese"
who cares.. as long as it sounds good it dont matter
Like ATB, Darude, Fragma.. they all have great tracks
Riva should watch out...he might become commercial...but hey..i still love his stuff...great beats...

I hate the vocal Stringer but I like some of the other mixes by Riva. Gonna get old soon though cause I'm gettin tired of the same boring style every mix.
