I'm definately attending this event, and I expect it to be a LOT of fun. The line up is a little more than mediocre, though I'm sure a lot of the more obscure DJ's will be promising.

I will be there too, set aside from the mediocre line-up....I would only expect as much, especially for this first ever event in the USA. I can only see this event as gaining top notch status, especially is this first event goes off without a hitch!!
Expecting 15,000 peeps. That's a hell of a lot more then Berlin first had. Although the EDM was semi-new back in 89...

If you plan on flying in to SFO, a taxi ride might be a bit expensive... I think it's probably a 13 mile trip (single way). You might want to take BART (the subway) to Embarcadero, and walk from there. It will cost you $4.95 each way... cheaper than the taxi.
I think I heard there was a TA meetup at the Metreon (one of the megaplexes in SF), which I believe is on 101 4th St (check the map to make sure)... might want to check the forum for details.
Anyway, have fun and please post pics/videos and give us a report.
