Has anyone here ever played lacrosse before?

Well I've got a stick. An attack's stick. I learned to pass and cradle and shoot alright, but I've never been in a game. Never played on a team. I wish i had though.

do you have a regular stick or a womans stick?

I played defense and defensive midfield back in hs. I played attack in a few games as well.

A womens stick doesnt have a pocket so you cant cradle at all practically unless you bring it across your chest

Yeah that part sucks. I picked up my dad's stick after I read that and you're absolutely right. It took nothing to cradle. However, I supposed it's because the men's teams hit harder so the ball would pop out too easily, and men arent as pointed on their rules about "roughness".

i played long stick middy for 2 years.. defense for 1 year.. i quit a year ago however just because i lost interest

i love lacrosse...im a varsity defensive starter for my high school team and also play Long stick middie on occasion
