I'd say it's between Man U and Arsenal again, possibly Chelsea as well.
Newcastle and Liverpool don't have the players or the money yet, but anything could happen if we get a string of good results and buy one or two quality players in January with the money we'll (hopefully) have made from Champs League qualification. I think it is more open this year than it has been in a long time, so maybe we'll see one or two upsets.
Newcastle, Arsenal and Man U all have problems in defence at the moment wheras Chelsea look pretty strong there. That said, Chelsea's midfield looks like it could have problems tracking back with the likes of Veron, Gronkjaer, Cole, Geremi etc.
