תגידו קורה לכם לפעמים שאתם באים ללכת לישון ואז כשאתם נשכבים על המיטה אתם מתחילים לחשוב על דברים ולא משנה מה אתם עושים ולא משנה כמה עייפים אתם אתם לא תצליחו להירדם
!

ומחר יש בציפר ואז אני תמיד עייף בשיעורים .. קקההה

בזמן האחרון זה קורה לי די הרבה...
אבל זה כי אני חושבת על יותר מידי דברים, למה כי
יש לי מן תקופה מסובת שכזאת עכשיו
במצב כזה אני קוראת לחבר או לידיד הכי טוב שלי תלוי מי זמין
שהם יעזרו לי להוציא את כל הלחץ שיש בי
או שסתם אני הולכת רוכבת על אופני הכושר שלי כמה דקות, אבל לא
יותר מידי , למה אם רוכבים יותר מידי זה להפך מעיר אותך


בכלל תשתה חלב חם לפני השניה, אומרים שזה עוזר
