Now for the Hebrew thing:
You need to download any Hebrew font (How bout David or Arial?)
then place it in the
c:/windows/fonts
folder (That is if U're a windows user...)
Then you need to open the IE and right click on some page then point "Encoding" -> Hebrew
Should work I think...
Try some search engines with "Download Hebrew Font" to find a font...
