Just wondering if any one here is going to Party 93-1 Not So Silent Night 2 on Dec 5. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, it's an event held by a local radio station that is doing a concert with the following artist: Dannii Minogue, Deborah Cox, Q.E.D., Lasgo, Crystal Waters, Murk, and Roc Project.

I'm not sure if I'm gonna go since the line up doesn't really call out too me, but I wouldn't mind seeing Dannii Minogue or Roc Project though.

So share your thoughts about this event and say if you're going or not. I think the tickets are $20, but you could always try your luck and see if you can get free tickets off of 93-1.

heh. I talked about this with markus and heather last night. He is scheduled to play so that means I'm going for sure!

Although it seems a bit commertial/mainstream, MS should be a good time!

Don't remind me! I didn't even go to that. That was something I was really looking forward to, but I did manage to do a quick drive-by by Coconut Grove and when I passed, DJ Tiësto was on.

Interesting event. The line-up is mainly that mainstream stuff that arturob mentioned, but MS will there, and I bet ya he'll be the last to spin, like Tiësto was @ the 4th of july bash 2.0 If i go to this event, i'll probably just drink my face off for most of the acts and mess around until MS comes on, then i'll get serious. don't know if im goin, tho (and to be honest, i dont think i'll be able to)

i just noticed "The Professor" George Alvarado is gonna be there. I've only heard him during the old 96.5 Late Night Laboraty, is he good live?

96.5 went to shit, playing trash 99.9% of the time, the Late Night Lab was the only good thing about this crap radio station.

DarkAngel.. yeah, George Alvarado is good, and yes, the Late Nite at Power 96.. he made helped me uncovered all this sweeties.. first place I heard all this trance anthems ( push, binary finary, signum etc etc ).. good stuff.

He is a party 93.1 jock now, and Ive heard him play from house, to trance to hard stuff to prog.. Im sure he'll play commercial party 93.1 stuff because of the people attending. I mean come on!! lol hehehe..
