I was watching the live video feed. Holy fuck that setup for the blue room. I'm thinking about starting a den bosch fund for next year, this event looked massive and well done. Thanks for the vids Pat!

great videos! the laser show for tiesto is amazing! it seems as trance energy (now energy) gets worse with music, the laser shows get better. I wish they had that going for trance energy 2008 when i was there. lasers that year were seriously lacking.

only thing that bothered me about the lasers at energy was they were only green.

at asot they werent as high quality, still good though but noticeably less bright, atleast multicolored but they didnt shine them into the crowd. literally like 2-3 feet above your reach. what a tease. they also werent programmed as well at asot. just basically went nuts without much thought behind it. i mean it still blows anything stateside out of the water and thats why i wanted to share but i still feel like i havent seen the best of whats to offer yet. we'll see what mayday has in store next.

armin already said hes doing 600 so if you wanna do it start planning now. well worth it imo.

heres another good laser vid from asot550 that somehow i missed on my original round of uploading...

Green lasers are brighter to the human eye. Example. A 5 watt green would be (roughly) 3 times as visible as a 5 watt blue

Lasers going in the crowd is dangerous, just because some countries, cities or venues allow it does not mean it is safe. I love when lasers go in to the crowd but some shows are just outright dangerous and I can guarantee most shows like that do permanent but hardly noticable eye damage.

Thats on how much the venue paid the company to program the lasers ahead of time. Energy always has had some amazing lasers done by Hugo and they still continue to surprise the laser industry to this day.

Go dig up some videos from the laser shows for SHM in Miami this year. They had some INSANELY bright full colored lasers outdoors. Programmed very well to the music. Given it was only 8 of them I still think it looked better than the ASOT video you put up. It was the best outdoor laser show I have ever seen in the states.

laser george to the rescue! lol. yea i know about green but ive also seen multicolored that were just more powerful than what they had at asot. and yea the lasers at asot really coulda been way better. dont doubt shm had some good ones. and dangers, who cares? no, but you're right. still worth it imo though. just dont stare right at the beam.
