Can you set the midi channel on your synth? I know that for my supernova, each part has its own midichannel that you can set (1-16) and a global synth channel, for use in different modes. If so, make sure that both of them are set correctly.

Make sure that the midi channels are set the same in Cubase SX, so that you'll recieve the signal.

Also, on the midisport, if you turn on your keyboard you will notice that the IN A/B (whichever its plugged into) will start flashing the LED light. This means that its recieving midi information from that source. If you dont see a light, double check that the USB/Midi Thru button is not pressed out. If the light is flashing, that means there is a problem with the softwear somehow. I dont know what could be the problem there.

The Led itself does not receive any of the data from my syth, Bascially, i chose CHANNEL ANY. Because of certain unknown reason, i click to 2nd track. It dun seem to work out fine. Which mean only my MIDI track 1 works fine or rather channel ANY.

Bascially, i jsut plug out and plug in back. that all i done. And i dunno why it was not working at all after that incident.

And yes, i do checked with all of possible reason. changing Input, etc. but. sadly to say, its still the same.. i still damn confused on thing that happen suddenly.

And my frenz didnt touch any of the MIDI stuff in my syth. shouldn't have any prob. n now i dunno how thing goes haywire. *Darn*
