It's all about what people are willing to pay. Supply and Demand and all that economics crap too.

in the case of access-novation either cos of snobbery or cos access's a way better, in the case of bmw's..mmm fords are rather crap really arent they..

Not necissarily. It's just that people want a virus more than they want a supernova/nova, and are hence willing to pay more for it. Therefor 2nd hand prices are higher for virii.
