it sounds good, i'd say hardware, because it sounds like a korg sample i've heard before.

then again, it could be software because it's not really as lush and thick sounding as hardware can be.

but meh, i'd still say hardware.

Ouch, imho that supersaw sounds terrible...
Only thing that sounds good is the filter steps that are smoother than most softsynths.
