Mixer question

I'm not the hardwarewise guy, so this is probably a dumb question, but i'll give it a try:

Is it possible to 'reverse' the channels of a mixer, so that the inputs are ouputs instead?

Thanks,
Peter

some mixers have routing capabilities of routing several channels to seperate output (called send channels in most cases). But using the inputs as seperate outputs is impossible.

+1

Hey. Generally, mixers will have seperate inputs and outputs on higher number channel models. If you arent in the market for 32+ channels though, you might look into getting a 2 mixer solution instead. They do however make reverse style mixers. The name for them is slipping my mind right now but they can be found with a little digging through google.

Cheers,
Zac
