I alwasy use the arp on my Waldorf Q...its amazing..but its not like some preset toy, it is one of the most indepth arps around and is fully programable. It just kicks all sorts of ass.

I the best arp that I've used is in a sequencer called orion from Synapse-Audio
I bought this sequencer just for the arp as it's not avalable as a vst plugin (yet). It's brilliant for creating arp sequences and it also as a full chord database for creating chord/progression arps.

Just wanted to see peoples point of view, i use the arps in my access virus, but some of the software arps are shite.

I find arpeggiators useful when you want to jam, and see which chords work together. You hold some chords on the keyboard, and get a feel for what it sounds like broken down.

Exactly Pjotr. I love just setting it up in my studio and holding chords down to get a very feel for the music. As for arpeggiators, it depends what your using, sometimes there just single line crap but on like vangaurd and programs like that you can get alot of control over the style of your arp. I used to program my own arps until I saw the effecency of these new plugins.
