Waves SSL 4000 plugs...is it worth it for only 3 plugs?

Well ..apparently its solid state logic..and i never knew waves came out with a software version of those plugs. Is it really worth buying? for 600 dollars..and only 3 plugs..i hope that is a fantastic piece of digital plugs.

Pros: It's waves, it's licenced from SSL.
Cons: It's a first generation.
