I'm completely new to programming synths from scratch, i usually just tweak presets. But its time to pull my finger out and learn how to do it properly

I want to get the lead sound from Orjan Nilsen's remix of The Last Pluck by Marcus Schossow (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=wO1YB9khhR4, at 4.30). I have Z3ta+, Sylenth1 & Gladiator. If anybody could tell me how (or if) i can get sounds like this from them, I would very grateful
