I made it myself (web design and photoshop are not-so-serious hobbies of mine) and I took the photos of the studio, in the banners, etc. (my wife and I are pretty serious amateur photographers).

Just in case he doesn't check in, my collaborating buddy Avery Parker (TA member justjabbin) just got done designing his website and it looks pretty good IMO:
