Try the 'free' section on craigslist you'd be surprised how many pianos people are trying to get rid of

My name is Dave, I'm 87, and I would like to offer an answer. I believe that many people use TruePianos. I've only used the Amber module from TP (included with Sonar), so I can't comment further on it, but it seems to have a good reputation as an all-around piano and for EDM work.

Nexus has some good pianos for dance, and there is an optional pianos expansion for it. When I owned Nexus, I had the piano expansion, but I actually liked the pianos included in the factory library better.

like cyro said ..the nexus library is cool for what you are looking for ..the expansion disappointed me as well though.

its been said time and time again, but kontakt is really good for grand pianos, specially the Alicia keys library.

The problem is that nobody really makes a decent library that is designed to cover this much ground. Nexus covers the dreamy pianos and the avicii shit pianos, but nobody would try to convince anybody that it's a real piano. Better piano libraries (e.g., Ivory, EWQL Pianos, Steinberg Grand) are designed to be more realistic in terms of sound and response. True Pianos is a nice compromise between the two. So, your best bet is possibly to buy one of the better ones and start processing them heavily with reverbs, delays, lo-fi, compression, etc. effects to get the dreamy/trashy dance piano sounds.

Kontakt comes with the Akoustik Pianos libraries now, plus some new libraries, and of course, you can buy third-party libraries for it. I would definitely recommend looking into that.

CInesamples has one i really like and it is rather cheap. Piano in blue. Obviously stylistic of a certain period but still great in a mix.
