Hook your audio outs from the korg into your soundcard. Check out a program like soundforge o cool edit.

Soundforge, Cool Edit, Wavelab and such will work, but ultimately you would want to use a midi sequencer so that you can get the notes bang on time. Something like Cubase or Logic (mac) will do this well. Of course you will need a midi interface to do this.
