How producing a track works
So i used the search button, and got tons of pages, but none really for what im asking. Maybe this topic has been brought up before, if so post the link to the thread because i couldnt find it. Anyways here's the thing. Im doing an assignment on what are the steps to producing a track. For example, If you were to give simple directions, with few details about how to produce a track, and what equptment and software to use, what would they be. I come to you because even though im a huge fan of music amd have produced music, but other genre and not electronica, i dont know how Electronica productions work. Thanks for help

best tip I can give you... Don't think you can master this in a week, month, or even a year. Many producers on here have been doing this for 4+ years and are just barely getting a pro quality sound. I've been doing this for 3.5 years myself and I still have A LOT to learn...

now wouldn't it had been ALOT easier to just read a thread that says with BIG letter's READ HERE BEFORE YOU POST right away instead of searching, making a thread, and then read it

Dbl, you must either really love the article you wrote, or have no tolerance whatsoever towards people who make questions that have already been answered.
Your temper cracks me up. Every time.

i did read that. Didnt find what i was looking for though. I wanted to know the steps to producing a track and found it, yes in that thread but off someone else's link. If you look at the 1st reply, it gives me the link to your thread. Dropping this now though, i turned in the assignment and Aced it.
