rave / old school style acid piano VSTi

Im looking for something that will provide the 'typical' old school acid piano sound. I have audio clips but no where to put them. I believe Montana used something very similar on one of his productions recently.

Anyone know where to start looking?

Get hold of a yamaha DX7- the pianos on there provide some of the original housey and old skool (pre happy) hardcore pianos that are sampled and reused time and time again.

Using any regular piano sample and pitching it up a little might work..

the one i'm on about is pretty distorted, sounds like it was slapped through Scream in Reason. Be easy to see what i was on about if I could upload my sample somewhere.

Ok here are the two samples I would like info on:

http://www.freewebs.com/superduper1...ashes_Style.mp3

First one is a hoover stab which sounds similar to the one used in Lisa Lashes - What Can You Do For Me? How do I go about getting a hoover like that - what hardware would that be done on? Juno X doesn't give me anything close to that.

http://www.freewebs.com/superduper1...5_old_skool.mp3

Second one is the piano I was on about, any help here would be really appreciated.

[edit - they dont seem to open properly for me, unless i copy and paste the URL (right click on link , copy shortcut), load winamp, and ctrl+l then paste the shortcut in]
