FL vsti in Cubase

I tryed Linking FLvsti (multi) into cubase, and I linked a midi track to FLmulti and on the FL step sequencer I did a setup of drums, and when I record I get absolutely no data? The Cubase mixer shows the meter going up and down, but no sound?
