Izotope Ozone 3. You would use a multiband on reverb on a master track or something that you dont wanna reverb bass or high end frequencies. I use the multiband reverb when i finish up an RNB or Hip Hop track to give it depth and space, it sounds really good. The kick and bass dont get reverb which is the good thing.

Kicks can still use high frequencies and therefore using this method would actually put reverb on the kick.
Unless ofcourse the high frequencies are filtered / EQed out on the kick beforehand

yes you can put plenty of reverb on the upper kick.
