I've been dying to try one out, they're just so cheap that it's hard to resist

Does anyone have good sound samples from it?? I listened to the ones on alesis' site but they are mostly old school electro, I'm looking for some dance oriented sounds...

I haven't listened to the Ion yet, but Alesis has an amazing track record. Check out what the people at that site said about it.

iv tried it on music shop here...it has some sick RAW sounds and awesome FX
u can get the Cheaper Device called "Micron"
its same as "Ion" same sound engine and much smaller !!!

Wicked hardware...gonna buy it when i get enough cash

Damn , i know you shouldn't judge a synth by it's looks, but the ion looks like the "buck rogers" version in synth land.

I'm very interested in the micron, i've never owned a harsynth though. Would this be a worthy purchase? Or should I plunge my cash into summet like atmosphere, which i been after for ages..........

Start reading reviews perhaps trust me u wont buy the micron...compare prices...see whats best for ur opinion
