Trance Loop - Kick and Bass evaluation

I'm working on one of those projects intented to elevate my current skill level. I'm posting this to see what points you'all would like to make to help me perfect the loops I'm working out.

Here is an except of my current project:

First song on BAND PAGE

Firstly, I'd like to know if you can tell there is a sub-bass after the reverse-crash. Does it work with the kick? Is the effect appropriate?

Tear it to pieces, I want to release a quality, amatuer work.

I am not listening on monitors and my speakers are not really reliable when it comes to sub bass, but as far as I can tell, you got quite a bit of it. Maybe you even need to lower the (sub)bass and boost rather 40/50 than 70 Hz, but only very carefully. Otherwise, the overall bass and kick sound is fine.

Listening:

Kick is nice and strong, the bassline lacks lows though. I do hear a lower bassline after the revcrash but it is very faint. If you want it to stand out, use saws. Make it less round. ;-)

Hmm... looks like I have some conflicting comments here.

Cybernetica says that I should tame the sub-freqs and cautiously raise intermediate freqs.

Azndragon0613 thinks that the sub is too faint.

Well, like I said, I could be wrong about my speakers, plus I was not speaking very clearly...
The "real" sub frequencies are a little weak maybe, at 50 Hz. You should boost them. At 80-100, the bass seems kinda heavy however, maybe a slight cut at that point is worth considering.

I think that if you raise the sub you will muddy it up too much and at least in my humble opinion it does the job it's supposed to do as it is.

The one element that I felt was perhaps a little off is the clap. That might just be a case of lowering the volume just a touch.

But hell, what do I know.

Cheers
Nem
