Im having trouble adjusting the bpm of vocals on Ableton. Does anybody know a good program for this?

Sorry for that outburst, allow me to answer appropiatly. In my opinion, Ableton is the best program for doing so. it appears that you might need some more knowledge on warping, check out youtube, other threads on TA or the ableton forums.
