allen and heath is the only one i know. i assume u talk about analog hardware?

Yeah TBK is WICKED!!!!!! i use it on almost every track in all my songs nowadays. I filter out instead of volume fade. It should be a standrad in your vst collection IMO. In fact all the sonalksis plugs are top notch!! I love thier compressor.
Also the Antares filter is great, very powerfull albeit quite a big plugin if you only wanna do simple filtering.
Camel space has some cool filteringif you can tame it.

Sound Toys Filterfreak

I find the logic filters do the job quite well, though the sound toys stuff would be fun to have aswell.
