Roland Edirol PCR-500....Any Good?

Heya guys..

Well..I wanted to delve into the market to buy an affordable midi controller/keyboard with excellent specs..and wanted ur help.

Well...I'm going to use the controller for both normal production AND learning to play music notes..etc (play the piano), and I came about with the Roland Edirol PCR-500..44 keys I think..with an affordable price.

Any suggestions/feedback on the Edirol + other stuff?

Thanks guys!

Cheers

Ive got it, its good, no problems so far, very responsive, auto-map works great with Reason, not so great with Logic, but on the other hand Logic got its own amazing system of control : )

I can fully recommend it : )

Nice to hear...I'm looking forward to integrating it with Abelton...and at the same time use it to learn piano theory.

Compared to the M-Audio Axiom...which one is better?

Had Axiom, sold it, PCRs better IMO, a bit less complicated but quicker and more versatile.
