Is this lead cheese ?

I was screwing around the other day and this lead was part of the result.

I used a clear synth patch so u could hear whats going on.

anyway here it is.

One person that you don't even know says that your lead is cheesy, and you just can it?! No offense, dude, but grow a pair already - if you like it, then finish it and put it out there. As Storyteller mentioned, there's no context, so there's no way to tell how it's going to sound in your track anyway.

As stated by Storyteller, you can't decide if a lead is cheese or not by itself. It does totally depend on context.

Build something around it and then decide if the track is cheesy. If you like it, work with it.
If you are at the stage that you have to ask others what they think then bin the thing because you are already doubting your own creation. Make something that you feel so strongly about that you don't care what other people think. That's writing music.
