That is just the bad dubstep. Good dubstep is dark with nice rhythm and atmosphere.

I think there's a preset in ableton that'll do this for you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6QlXuWx79k

Also I think Dupstep is just to easy to make! any one hear in the dirty south (TEXAS) I think can make Dupstep easy!
I'm going to make a Dupstep track just to make one to prove my point!
