can you take a picture just to get an idea of what door needs to be accessible and how. If you need access to both , then you only have 1 choice really.

where to place treatment requires measurements. People tend to just put thin acoustic panelling where they think reflections will come from which might work but it sort of ignores a rather big chunk of science regarding how effective this actually is.

there is also more to measurements than just doing impulse responses which only gives you so much information which can be rather useless on its on.

knowing your room will make it easier to know when you need a diffuser rather than an absorber. Bass issues can be handled pretty well with this sort of measurement tho and that is where i would start. People tend to over estimate the importance of reflections in the higher end of the spectrum especially lateral ones.
