You can check that by swapping it with a different sample or, better yet, change it to a synth source. In the center of the Edit window, under the Oscillators tab, there are buttons to select "Sample" (highlighted in blue) or "Synth". Switch it to "Synth" and see if your problem goes away. If you want to just change the sample, leave it on Sample and click on the folder icon in the window right below it. Make sure you do the same for both Layers (A & B), if necessary (select layers right above the Oscillator tab.
