its the noisy synth the rapid one, and the loudest one, sorta like techno-eque stuff. can someone help me?

i still don't know what synth you are talking about.. but sounds like it can be easily achieved with dreamstation... is it the thing that sounds like a siren?

modulate pitch with an upward sawtooth lfo setting ....thatll do your siren type noise
