I think maybe we should have a forum for sex and sex realated stuff. seems a lot of people have been arguing about the A and A in the chillout room and maybe the problem would be solved by having a separate area for it (like the politics room)
on the other hand, it's EVERYWHERE on the forums, most notably in everyones avatars and sigs, and infesting the chillout and humour forums. I suppose it would be a lot of work to do it, and keep it segregated.
and, also, like the flame room, this sorta just encourages people to post stuff like this.. so maybe it isn't such a good idea?
i think ya still gotta remember that the site is 13 and over, and we do hav people near the age of that. A sex forum would mean having to change the rules of TA which i dont think will happen :S

Even though this is something natural and often present unconsciousnesly in our behaviour, it should be kept apart from these forums because of the kids under 18. "But they know what sex is", you might say. Well, I don't care whether it's already part of their lives or not, but this should be a place mainly for music discussion (the other forums are bonuses). If there were a sex forum, parents would complain, probably girls would complain too and tranceaddict forums would be one of those "censored" sites (with parents advesory and stuff).
Is this what we want?

as it stands, it's zero tolerance when it comes to it. a thread with women nekkid or what have you will be closed heh.
having a forum specifically for this will further promote wankers (and i mean that literally) to visit these forums. this is a trance site. if we had a forum specifically for sex, than it'd just be moving the problem elsewhere you know what i mean?
it's no different than having pics posted in the chillout room except that it's neatly organized in its own forum.

seriously tho, there is already too much sex on this site, let alone drugs, especially as there is so many young users like me hehe

I think the rules are good as they stand. The sex threads that occasionaly pop up in chillout are usually either informative or humerous and it's probably positive that younger TA's can see sex being discussed openly, but I don't think a whole forum is needed. Same goes for drugs too btw, I know I (like a lot of the UKTA's) go on about drugs a lot on here and I guess it's down to all of us to make sure that if we do talk about them we're being sensible about it.
I do think more research is needed though so if anybody could send me some free porn links (preferably with stories too, I like those) I'll look into it all further.

ye ha lot of drug talk is to inform people not to be stupid and to make sure they dont kill themselves or anything.

Whenever sex comes up, Its usually handled well and i dont see no problems keeping things as they are, and as Ste said, the drugs posts are informative, and good for ppl who decide to take them, so much so they have support from ppl like me who's not into it cos of the help they may have, unlike certain places who try & hide the fact a culture exists
