maybe not, coz if u had the country of the advertiser then it could work, save peeps money on tt's and shit like that, coz ive seen many threads where people are selling stuff, coz if its in the same country its ok

Well I just thought that seeming that people place ads (wants) on here that it would be a good idea to give them a forum to filter there stuff from people who just want to chat about otha stuff.
I know that people live in different countries, but if peeps used their brains they would put theirs country or state in brackets or something!

Wanted: Saccoman - Metamorph (UK)

its a workable idea but without driving or getting to the person in person there is no safe way of paying

hmmm...what about an unknown lyrics forum....i mean we have an unknown tracks forum...but what happens when you know the track and you can't figure out the words and it's driving you mad?! hehehehe i think we've all been there...hehehehe Now asking for help in figuring out lyrics wouldn't really fall into the unknown tracks forum and the musik discussion forum is filled with new tracks...just thought having that unknown lyrics forum might help some TA's out without feeling like they are posting it in the wrong forum.

What about a direct downloads forum? An increasing number of users has own webspace that they are willing to use to share good music. Members like: JayD, blighty, verminator, x-dream and others have put on several direct downloads. I think it would be nice and easy to make a special forum where the links can be placed.

Let me know what you think, I just tought it would be nice idea since Swamper doesn't have the time himself to upload many tracks.

direct downloads are on in music disscussion, coz if we aint carefull we'll have 50 forums! lol! + there is the singles page full of direct downloads, and everyone can upload to the tranceaddict ftp so swamper pics the best from the bunch aswel

I believe there should only be new sections if certain topic-types in a main forum becomes a problem. For example, the sports forum was created when threads like the soccer one got blown up in the chillout room.

I've seen too many webmasters make smaller fringe sections in forums that nobody posts in, and everyone ends up taking thier threads (that belongs those fringe sections) to a main discussion that everyone looks at anyways.

The 'Music Discussion' forum is being overloaded with people posting direct downloads to songs - usually followed by about 10 people saying "thanks". In my opinion this is not discussion.

Should there be another way/forum for users to post their DD's into, or would it just be better to leave people to put this type of thing in the "Music Discussion"?

i agree, ddl's are great but the music discussion is so full of'em that theres not much room for discussion. good point goodnet, but i think if there was a section for ddl there wouldn't be a problem getting people to post there.
