only guess i could say is that sticky threads are normally events or something special to that reigion, so clicking canada u get general canada, which isnt covered by a certain section canada, you have to click there.
example if i clicked on europe, holland's dance events really dont concern me, but in a way they do incanse i wana go, im talking shite, let swamper answer this, might be a bug tho
