Delete the Chill Out Room or at least shut it down temporarily until the number of posts for Music Discussion catch up with the number of posts for the Chill Out Room. It seems like more and more people are signing up to this site to post in the COR rather than in the music part of TA. This is based on simple inspection of COR posts vs MD posts, currently 1,208,381 (COR) vs 853,363 (MD). We don't need another myspace, humor section, or the like around here.

That's about the most retarded idea I've ever heard. This site has grown to be much more than just a music forum. It's a forum filled with people that share an interest in electronic music. Not all people who share an interest like talking at length about it nor do they have a large bastion of knowledge to expound upon.

Not a good idea, do you want MD filled up with the stuff that gets posted in the COR?
Because that will be what happens if the COR is closed, all the random stuff from there will then just be spread around the rest of the forums which in turn will generate complaints from those other forum regulars and also make it harder to mod.
