As has been siad before with the new usa forum, you need to find out how many people wold use a new forum etc. My advice would be to pm inatrance as i think he was the main player in getting the new usa forum set up, and ask him for his advice

Well i dont see any real point in this, most of europe is covered by the local forums, like, the uk forum, and holland forum, etc etc.
So maybe more specific

R u kidding? there are more than 20 countries in europe and there are only 6 forums (Israel is not Europe, it's Asia or Middle East).
Well one people wont be able to speak their native language, which is half the point of local forums, and 2 probably wont meet, because europe is a big place, and you could live 10, 15 hous apart.
Why dont you just try and get a polish forum

I don't see the need either, why do you want to have a forum that covers eastern-europe, which is very big?
You don't speak the same language, you can't discuss local events because the events can be 1000 km away from eachother. And there aren't that much people around that area that visit TA.com....

no it belongs to Europe, Israel can always compete in European Championships and other things, and it never competes with Asian Championships....
just because it is a bit further away from Europe it doesn't mean that it isn't part of Europe.....
